Camp Registration
Registration will be held at
Bethel
Family Life Center beginning on
Saturday,
September 8th, 2012 at 9AM. All
players and teams must register prior to their
first game.
All individual campers will be issued a camp t-shirt, which will also be used as
a camp pass.
There will
be no refunds!
Players should submit their registration forms by e-mail to
hicksrob@comcast.net or
faxed to (850) 668-1409 on or before
August 25th,
2012.
E-mail is preferred, so that a quality product can be included in the Coaches Recruiters Guide for college
coaches attending this event. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Rob
