Scholarships Program
The Tallahassee Comets strive to make sure any player capable of making a Comets team has the opportunity to
participate regardless of their financial situation. With this in mind, each year the Tallahassee Comets
provide a limited amount of scholarship funding for those player's parents/guardians who are not able to meet
the financial commitment.
The Tallahassee Comets Board of Directors has established criteria to determine if players and their parents/guardians
are eligible for scholarship funding. We will provide scholarship funding within our organization's resources, which
come from private donations and our fundraising efforts. If your family is awarded scholarship funding, there will
be a high level of expectation on your family to participate in fundraising events.
The Scholarship Request Form is designed to assist the Tallahassee Comets Board of Directors in making the determination.
If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please complete the request form as expediently as possible and return the form to:
